IIS at TechEd Europe - Madrid - 26 June 2013

Wade will be presenting the latest about IIS in Windows Server 2012 R2, bringing his special insight from his years leading the development team. 

Wade Hilmo is a Principal Development Lead on the Internet Information Services (IIS) team at Microsoft.  Wade has been in a wide variety of roles during his 17 years with the IIS team, including testing and development.  His focus in recent years has been on security and performance of IIS, as well as leading the dev team.  Wade is a popular speaker at Microsoft events, with many prior TechEd, PDC, Build, and other conferences to his credit.  Outside of work, he enjoys astronomy and radio-controlled airplanes.  Wade is proud to be a Seattle native and lives in the area with his wife, children, a cat, and a dog.
