Web Deployment walkthroughs are now in RTF format

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we updated the walkthroughs slightly based on comments we've gotten, and also turned them into .rtf files. The link to download is http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=8100895 and they've been updated on the download pages.
