まあ、興味があれば下記の一連の記事を読んでいただきたいのですが、今までに”Cassini”で何かをしようとした深いHTTP実装をしたいと思ったハイレベルな方々には興味のある話だと思います。とっても開発者な話ですが一応IIS関連ですので私のブログでも書くことにしましょう。

Any ideas of why SharePoint is throwing this error?

Failed to activate the Hostable Web Core (HWC). Web Management Service startup failed. Please reference the Win32 error in this event for further information.

Exception:System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80072AFC): The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80072AFC)

I wrote a native Hostable Web Core service and posted a blog with source. It's an awesome feature both ASP and ASP.NET working fine in there :)
