SQL Server does not understand IIS7. Instead you need to switch on the checkboxes for IIS6 compatibility mode. Then you can install any SQL Server 2005 instance using reporting services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;VISTA Premium and VISTA Ultimate both of which have a full version of IIS 7 with all of it's Server Files built in as Default.&lt;/p&gt;
