Hey-

I already had both of my machines built though I am not using x64. I installed E2K7 B2 instead of RTM for now as I haven't had time to obtain RTM. I will soon upgrade my Mailbox Role server to RTM, though, not the client access role server just yet. This is because it isn't as clean of a upgrade (uninstall & re-install).

In Beta 2, there was only a "warning" against running E2K7 on 32-bit and I iggy'd it and moved right on. During the process, the Pre-req check did warn against 32-bit so I would "assume" that 32-bit isn't supported for this role (or the Edge role). I might check into this soon and let you know what I find out...

As for the migration, yep, it went flawlessly and I didn't lose any mail (though - warning that these mailboxes are small in nature and large, production systems might prove me different).

Did you have an x64 2003 server already built? Does the Web Client Access Role require the IIS server to be x64?

How did the migration of the mailboxes from EX2003 to EX2007 work - I'm assuming pretty flawless.
